Second Act (“we”, “us”) helps people re-entering the workforce create job-search materials. We respect that the information you share can be deeply personal, and we handle it carefully in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and GDPR principles.

What we collect

The details you enter into the reframe tool (target role, gap type, background) to generate your materials; your email if you choose a paid plan or join our list; and basic, privacy- friendly analytics (page views, no cross-site tracking).

How we use it

Your inputs are used only to generate your resume, cover letter, and interview prep. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with employers. Payment details are handled directly by our payment processor (Razorpay / Stripe); we never store card numbers.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com. We retain generation inputs only as long as needed to provide the service.
